Pinpoint Marketing will not disclose your personal information to any outside organization for its use in marketing.
Information regarding you (such as name, address and phone number) or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.

Payment Methods
Credit Cards - We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Pinpoint Marketing Inc. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - Pinpoint Marketing accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.  We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Purchase Orders
We do accepts Purchase orders from accredited Schools, Federal Agency, city and state government agencies call for approval prior to submitting your Purchase Order.

Return Policies  - Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.
Products may be returned to Pinpoint Marketing for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns Request must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. You may contact our sales dept by email (please click live help button to the left)  or by phone 865-671-2020 between the hours of 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday EST for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).   In your request please give the original  order number, Invoice number and invoice date and the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for all shipping costs of all returns. Please allow 1 week for refunds to be processed and credited to your credit card, less original shipping charges and/or handling charges. In order to receive a refund, all items returned must be in "as-new" condition (un-opened). If item is opened and has been used there will be an additional charge of 15%. If your order was shipped with "FREE SHIPPING" an additional 15% charge will be imposed to recover our original shipping and handling charges.  All products must be returned in the outer shipping carton as originally shipped. A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay of your refund or additional charges. Please note TV brackets (BT-7000 series, 790, 791, 760, 761, 80, PP-120T, PP-110T, BT-8412, BT-8310) are only returnable if unopened and there will be a 25% restocking fee imposed.

 Sales Tax.
Pinpoint Marketing shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Tennessee. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
